You Are Not Entitled to Your Opinion.
You are not entitled to your opinion. Everyone, as of right now, has rights, but everyone is not entitled to their opinion. Your right is something that people must honor, on the contrary, your opinion doesn’t require anyone to do or feel anything. For example, you have a right to cross the street safely, that means that any drivers must respect that and stop their vehicles in order for you to arrive at the other side of the road safely. On the other hand, having an opinion, such as being able to cross the street whenever you want no matter if there are cars or if it’s even legal, that does not require any drivers to ensure that you don’t get injured, because that’s just your opinion. It isn’t your right, it isn’t a law, it’s your opinion. Opinions, quite literally, don’t need to affect anyone in any way, it’s your rights that do. So, no matter how many times “I am entitled to my opinion” is repeated, you really aren’t entitled to your opinion, because your opinion doesn’t change anything.
