Today I Was Thinking!

Here's a summary of what ended up happening in class today:
  • (most) of us took a mindfulness break (which was exactly what I needed on a Monday :)
  • took the rest of the class period to discuss how we can set ourselves up for success together
    • went over a class schedule/calendar 
    • talked about future plans/assignments
    • expressed any concerns for any upcoming events
I really enjoyed what happened in class today because the "mindfulness minute" that we ended up taking really made me feel relaxed, it did make me a little tired and gave me the urge to fall asleep but other than that I feel like doing that every class would help me focus a little more instead of trying to tackle everything at once. Regards to the weekly schedule, I think it's a useful and productive idea to get us motivated or at least informed on what to expect the following week.
