PATHOS
- The author seems to favor the idea of having self-driving cars on the road
LOGOS
- In the article it mentions about a car accident that involved a self-driving car killing a pedestrian
KAIROS
- Self-driving cars are a very touched upon topic nowadays (due to this society favoring technology more)
Elements such as ethos, pathos, logos, and kairos make the article and it's evident argument more effective because it helps the reader understand what the author is trying to convey through the use of pathos, also known as passion. With the use of kairos the article appeals to the audience who are interested about self-driving cars and perhaps some of it's history or development. Showing logos, also known as logic and data, and using credible sources helps support and provide reliable background for the argument in order to make it stronger.
