Journal [April 29]

Today is not being done to you. It's your day. You have the power of free will.

The choices that I'm making today are what's best for me, I'd like to say. I woke up earlier than I usually do, which was already a good start. I helped my younger brother with his school work and then immediately started doing my chores. Today is Wednesday, meaning laundry day for me, so I collected all my dirty clothes (and plushies) and washed/dried them. I usually do it later on in the day, but I ended up finishing around the time I usually start, which felt good. After that, I started on my homework. Like I've been saying on my past few blogs, I started using my 2020 Planner again and it amazing. It helps organize me so much and it's such a good feeling when I cross out all my assignments because I've completed them. Anyways, I'm still working on my homework as I type this out, but it's alright. All these good choices and actions that I've been making have helped me fulfill my needs of being able to say that I didn't procrastinate today and I'm handling everything much better.
