Who do you trust? Who don't you trust? Why?
I trust my people. I trust the people who have my back. Trust is such a hard thing to obtain, you know? It's so hard to find, let alone be given it by people. I know trust can be discarded just as easy too. I know this is probably off-topic but I'm watching this movie, as I'm typing this right now, and it gave me a sense of what trust is and how to obtain it. It's about gangs. They talk about being separated among society and having their own people, knowing their own people, and only being caught up with their own people. Something they always say is -- whatever we do, how we die or how we live, we do it for our people. In the beginning, it's about their cliques, the people they always kick-it with -- they always have each other's backs. A mix of different types of gangs all mixed into one classroom. It's chaos, right? No. Wrong. They learn to accept, and give, and they learn to trust. Trust, as we see it, is just being able to confide in someone, but to them? To them, it was so much more. It was sharing their secrets, sharing their feelings, and being able to be there for each other. They were all fighting some sort of battle, but they learned to trust and have each other's backs. It started off with them being there for each of their own -- but in the end, it was all of them being there for each other. It didn't matter who they were, who they grew up with, or who they even mixed with. All that mattered was that they were there for each other in the end, to trust. So, I trust my people. I trust those who prove that they're there for me -- and they know I'll be there for them.
